I have a complete set of IBC-compliant plans for our light-gauge steel home framing system designed at FrameUpNow (https://www.frameupnow.com/). What is missing is the professional engineering seal required for building-permit submission in multiple jurisdictions.
Scope of work
You will review the existing IBC package and apply your professional stamp for each states we intend to build in USA. There are no project-specific deviations from the standard state submittal procedures—simply confirm the calculations already included, add any state-specific boilerplate sheets you normally provide, and affix your seal.
Deliverables (one set per state)
• Digitally signed and sealed PDF plan including all calculations set, ready for permit upload
Acceptance criteria
The permitting authorities in USA accept the stamp without comments relating to structural adequacy.
Our plans are prepared in Revit/AutoCAD; however, only PDF stamping is expected. Turnaround within one weeks would keep us on schedule, but let me know if you need a little more time.
