Motel Renovation Floor Plan Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced draftsman to create a basic layout of my existing motel as the first phase of our renovation project. Here’s what I need you to do:
- Produce a clear, accurate floor plan depicting room dimensions.
- Ensure plans are up-to-date and ready for potential future detailing.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Experience in renovation projects.
- Understanding of construction and architectural standards.
Your drawings will be foundational for the subsequent renovation phases. Please include your portfolio of similar work with your bid.
We have existing floor plans but the resolution is quite low as they are very old.
