Description:
We are seeking a talented freelance architect to design a mosque project based on the following specifications:
• Land Area: 949 m²
• Total Floors: 2 floors
• Built Area Ratio: ~36% ground coverage
• Floor Area Ratio (FAR): ~216% (allowing for two floors plus supporting spaces)
Scope of Work:
• 2D Architectural Plans:
o Detailed 2 floor plans for ground floor and first floor plans.
o Incorporation of men's and women's prayer areas, ablution spaces, Imam's room, and service areas.
o Drawings should be produced in AutoCAD (.dwg format).
o Delivery timeline: 3–5 days for 2D plans.
• 3D Visualization:
o High-quality exterior 3D renderings of the mosque.
o Simple interior 3D visualization (optional, depending on proposal).
o Delivery timeline: 1 week for 3D after 2D plans approval.
Design Style:
• Context: Arab context in the Levant region.
