Modular Building Design

I am looking for a highly experienced designer to help me with a custom modular building design project. Specifically, I'm looking to design a residential building and I have a very detailed plan that I'd like you to work with. This project will require a fully-customized design with unique features, so it'll require a str full structural design and attention to detail. Must be installed by hand NO LIFTING EQUIPMENT
Aluminium or steel 'I' Section frame with integrated slot in insulated panels (www.HEMSEC.COM) or similar.
Roof must be able to hold single person disabled hoist
Roof and floor to be included.
All fully watertight.
Units to sit on Screw Pile (no dig) foundations
Single electrical plug in to other property with i9nternal distribution board.
Heating via electrical Very efficient heating or oil filled radiators
Hot water via electrical on demand heater
Multiple electrical 240V outlets
Low watt integrated ceiling lights
All panels to be easily disconnected via snap junctions and relocatable
2 Sets French doors for access with integrated blinds.
Window to Bedroom as with integrated blinds.
Hot water via electric on demand heater
Internal distribution board.
Heating via Energy efficient panels or oil filled radiators.
Integrated lighting to ceiling
All electrics and services to have snap connections between panels.
Multiple 240v electrical outlets.
External lighting for ramp and access.
Self contained water tank below floor refilled from local hose
Effluent and toilet waste container under floor for disposal by tanker.
