Modify existing building plans

I need someone to take existing .pdf versions of building plans for a garage, bring them into CAD and make some changes that will produce construction drawings. Most of the existing stuff will stay the same, just a few new dimensions and calculations. I doubt this would take someone who knows CAD more than a couple hours but there could be more later.
