Modify House Construction Drawing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a knowledgeable and creative draftsman to modify my house construction drawing. Here's what needs to be done:
1. Roof Design Modifications: I require alterations to the existing roof design. Specifically, I want to include a canopy roof over the balcony, supported by strategically placed 2x8 beams which hold up 2x6 rafters.
2. Balcony Canopy Amendments: In addition, there needs to be changes to the canopy roof overseeing the balcony. The concrete beams currently present need to be removed and replaced with 2x8 rafters.
The ideal candidate for this project should have a background in construction, extensive experience in drafting design modifications, and proficiency in CAD software and architectural drafting.
Knowledge of building codes and material requirements will be an added advantage.
