Modify HUD Home Foundation Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a skilled CAD professional to modify a previously designed HUD home foundation plan. The modifications will involve changing the layout and updating the specified materials to meet our current requirements. A CAD file of the existing plan can be provided.
THE PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE STAMPED BY A LICENSED COLORADO ENGINEER SO IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THAT SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT BID. SINCE I AM PROVIDING THE CAD FILE MUCH OF THE WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED SO YOUR BID SHOULD TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION.
Key Requirements:
- Adjusting the layout to include the addition or removal of sections.
- Updating the specified materials to comply with our needs.
Ideal Skills:

- Experience in structural design or architecture
