Modern Whole-House Interior Design

I’m renovating an entire home and need a cohesive, modern interior plan built around neutral tones. The spaces that require attention are the living room, kitchen, all bedrooms, bathrooms, and the connecting hallways.

What I’d like from you:
• Room-by-room concept boards showing furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories that stay true to a clean modern aesthetic.
• A unified neutral colour palette with material samples so every area flows naturally.
• Scaled floor-plan layouts and basic elevations (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) to confirm furniture placement and circulation.
• 3D visual mock-ups or high-quality renders for the key rooms so I can picture the final result before purchasing anything.
• A consolidated shopping list with product links and approximate costs to keep procurement simple.

I’ll provide current measurements, photos, and any architectural drawings I have once we start. Two rounds of revisions are ideal so we can fine-tune details like accent textures or lighting warmth.
