Modern Villa Interior Design

I’m turning my new villa into a full-time residence and want every space to follow a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The project spans the complete interior—open-plan living and dining areas, kitchen, bedrooms and the connecting hallways—so the look needs to flow seamlessly from one room to the next.

Here’s what I will need from you:

• Concept mood-boards that capture the modern tone I’m after, favouring crisp lines, warm neutrals and restrained accents rather than glossy minimalism.
• Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts that balance style with the practicalities of everyday living.
• A coordinated lighting, material and colour schedule, plus a curated shopping list that can be sourced locally or online.
• Photo-realistic 3D renders (SketchUp / 3ds Max + V-Ray or equivalent) so I can walk through the design virtually before committing.
• Final files supplied in editable formats (PDF, DWG, SKP or similar) for contractors.

I’ll share current floor plans and site photos once we start; feel free to suggest creative tweaks if they improve flow or functionality. Present a concise timeline for concept, revisions and final deliverables, and include a brief note on similar modern projects you’ve completed so I can gauge fit.
