• Refinement and enhancement of the provided preliminary drawings
• Site Plan
• Floor Plans (including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, etc.)
• Elevations
• Sections
• Roof Plan (if applicable)
• Interior Layouts.
• Any Additional Drawings as Needed
1.2 MEP Layout:
• Mechanical Systems Layout (HVAC)
• Electrical Systems Layout
• Plumbing Systems Layout
• Lighting Plans (interior and exterior)
• Fire Suppression and Safety Systems (if applicable)
1.3 Structural Drawings.
• Floor framing plan
• Roof and wall framing plan
• Foundation Plan and all structural details.
Deadline: April 11. Only if you can complete this project on time, place bid on this project.
