Modern Two-Story Residential Architect Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of an experienced Architect to design a modern two-story residential building. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of modern aesthetics whilst upholding the functionality of a residential home.
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in residential architecture.
- A thorough understanding of modern design principles.
- The ability to incorporate the required functionalities into the home's design.
- Previous experience designing two-story buildings
Specifications
The plot is 8,66 M by 24.02 M
the Max construction height is 9 meters
you should leave the first 3m of the plot without any construction whatsoever (but you should use part of this area to accommodate a 3 by 5 m space for open air car parking)
you should leave at least 10 m by the width of the plot for a garden on the rear of the plot
the plot has a S-N orientation and is located on the southern hemisphere
ceiling must have at least 3.5 height from floor to ceiling
maximum size for each plant is 80 sq M.
external dividing wall should be 15cm width with inner walls being 10cm width
The first floor is an open plant containing kitchen, dinning seating for 12, media/tv area and space for a pinball machine and a seating area.
the second floor should contain a 36 sq m master suite with wall-in closet, hot tub and shower and view to the rear garden. The sleeping area should have enough room for a king size bed (2 x 2 )
on the same floor we should find 2 other suited of 16 Sq M each with room for a twin bed a walk in closet and a full bathroom.
The project is divided into 3 stages:
1. Floor plan, section and elevation of the each story without any materiality applied. including separate layers for wiring, water pipes, heating and AC installation
2. Materiality to the internal elements (walls, doors, floors, sample 2d furniture on each room )
3. External Facade and interior design
