Australia Modern Tiny Home Design ( Australian licensed designer needed)
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Seeking an Australian skilled architect or designer to create innovative blueprints for a modern-style granny flat eco pod solutions which are 60 to 90 sqm. We mostly have the plan and designs we just need someone licensed in Australia to finalise them off for clients council applications.
**Key Aspects:**
- Design a modern small-scale residence
- Maximize space utility
- Incorporate eco-friendly materials and design
**Desired Skills:**
-licensed in both queensland and ideally some of our other locations we are doing projects for clients in such as tasmania, victoria and new south whales.
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
- Creative design and space optimization
- Experience with residential projects, especially tiny homes
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
**Project Goals:**
- Provide detailed architectural drawings
- Suggest interior layout options
- Advise on material selection for sustainability
