Hardware-and-software R&D team moving into a new empty shell space in Hyderabad. Need a design professional to create a modern, collaborative workspace. We have existing furniture to reuse and a brand book for design direction. Quick turnaround and budget-conscious approach required.
Requirements
Design Vision:
Style: Clean-lined modern (glass, metal accents, contemporary furniture)
Palette: Neutral foundation (whites, soft greys, warm woods) with subtle accents
Priority: Collaboration-focused—open benching, flexible breakout areas, writable surfaces. Few focus booths acceptable.
Constraints:
Must incorporate existing furniture
Must align with brand book
Must visit existing office and new space in Hyderabad
Quick turnaround, minimum viable scope
Deliverables
Mood boards (2-3): Materials, furnishings, lighting
Scaled space plan: Furniture layout with collaboration zones (PDF/DWG)
3D visualizations: High-quality renders
Specification sheet: Furniture, fixtures, finishes with model numbers/sourcing (PDF)
File formats: PDF, DWG, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max
Your Profile
Required:
Located in Hyderabad (or can travel for site visits)
Office/commercial space design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max
Experience incorporating existing furniture
Preferred:
Portfolio of modern, collaborative office designs
Experience working with brand guidelines
