Modern Single & Double Storey House Floor Plans
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD
I'm looking for a skilled architect who can create detailed and modern floor plans for a variety of houses. The successful freelancer should provide examples of past work, particularly in the realm of house design.
Key Requirements:
- Creation of both single storey and double storey house floor plans.
- The ability to work within a modern architectural style.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering high-quality floor plans.
- An understanding of the functional and aesthetic requirements of modern homes.
I am not specifying a software preference, but proficiency with any relevant tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) will be a huge plus.
