I'm looking for an experienced architect or designer to create two conceptual layout options for a residential project on a 6,400 sq ft lot (approx. 142 ft x 45 ft).
Key Details:
Maximum lot coverage allowed for living space: 3,000 sq ft
Two-story construction is permitted, allowing for up to 6,000 sq ft of total living space
Existing structure on the lot is 2,200 sq ft
Requested Design Options:
Addition to Existing Structure:
Utilize the current 2,200 sq ft home
Add 800 sq ft as a two-story addition (1,600 sq ft total added living space)
Total living space: 3,800 sq ft
Full Redevelopment Option:
Remove or significantly redesign existing structure
Construct up to 3,000 sq ft of new footprint (in one or multiple buildings)
Using two-story homes, allow for up to 6,000 sq ft of total living space
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Architectural design expertise, particularly in modern styles
Experience with residential projects and zoning regulations
Strong conceptual design abilities
