Modern Residential Interior Revamp

I’m ready to give my home a cohesive modern look and would like a complete design plan for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. I already know I want a clean, contemporary aesthetic with streamlined furniture, a neutral palette highlighted by a few bold accents, and smart use of lighting to keep each space bright and welcoming.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• A clear concept board that illustrates the overall modern theme and color story.
• Scaled floor plans showing suggested furniture layouts for all three rooms.
• 3D visualizations or realistic renderings so I can see how the design will look before I commit.
• A detailed shopping list with furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor items that are available locally or online, including approximate costs and sources.
• Basic guidance on paint colors, lighting placement, and any small structural tweaks (for example, shelving or built-ins) that could enhance the design.

I’ll share current room dimensions, photos, and a list of existing items I’d like to keep as soon as we start. If you work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools, that’s a plus, but feel free to suggest whatever software you’re most comfortable with as long as I receive files I can review easily.

The project will be considered complete once I have the final renderings, floor plans, and product list—and everything aligns with the agreed-upon modern style. If revisions are needed, I’m happy to collaborate until the vision is just right.
