Modern Residential Facade Drafting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a residential project that now needs a clean, modern façade drawn in AutoCAD. The floor plan is already set; what’s missing is a set of polished exterior elevations that express a contemporary look—clean lines, balanced glazing, and restrained materials.
Your task is to translate my sketches and reference photos into precise DWG files plus a print-ready PDF. Accuracy in dimensions and layer organisation is important because these drawings will go straight to council submission and later to my builder. If you use Revit or SketchUp in your workflow that’s fine, but the final deliverable must be native AutoCAD files.
I’ll supply:
• Existing plan in DWG
I’ll need back:
• Fully dimensioned façade/elevation set (front, sides, rear if needed)
• PDF sheet at A3 scale 1:100
• Short design note explaining material call-outs
Once I confirm the design direction, a quick turnaround would be appreciated so we can keep the approvals process moving.
