Modern Residential Concrete Modular Home Design
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I'm seeking a proficient and creative architect or engineer to design a residential concrete modular home with a modern aesthetic. Attached Giles will give a better understanding. Modules should be designed from steel reinforced concrete. Outside should be insulated with expanding open cell foam. Module size should be 2600x6500, height 3250. The expert I am seeking should have:
- Extensive knowledge in modular building design and engineering
- An eye for modern design
- Experience in residential building design
- Proficiency in using design software
- Ability to optimize space, ensuring it accommodates future decisions about room numbers
- Adequate understanding and incorporation of building regulations and standards
