Modern Rear Extension Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need professional blueprints for a 6x9 meter rear extension on my small weatherboard house, aimed at creating additional living space.
The house sits on brick piers, the block is relatively level, it does have a very gradual slope but nothing overly complicated. I will drill down 1m for the new footings for the extension.
I would like to have the extension with a relatively flat roof to avoid any major structural modifications to the existing roof structure.
