Here’s what I need from you:
• Scaled floor plans that make the best use of each room’s footprint, clearly showing furniture placement and traffic flow.
• Mood boards that pin down the colour palette, finishes, and accent materials so everything ties together visually.
• 3D visualisations or realistic renderings, giving me the confidence that the proposed design will work before I start purchasing.
• A concise shopping list with furniture, lighting, and décor suggestions that are available either online or locally.
• Basic lighting and electrical layout recommendations so the multifunctional concept works for both cosy evenings and lively gatherings.
I’m comfortable if you work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or any similar tool—just let me know what you prefer so I can open the files on my end if needed. Once I approve the concept and renders, I’d like final source files and high-resolution images suitable for contractors and suppliers.
