Modern Multi-Story House Design

I am looking for a house design that embodies a modern aesthetic. The house will be three or more floors.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar
- Strong understanding of structural integrity for multi-story buildings
