Modern Modular House Design

I'm seeking a highly skilled architect or designer to draw up these attached designs and CHANGE them as to suit off site construction as in we plan to make in factory - we want to manufacture from light guage steel and mild steel. Units need to be same size to keep manufacturing simple so we can keep manufacturing same units. As in a 3 bed will have two or three sections all made in factory and delivered to site and married onsite. If someone wants a 1 bed they get 1 section - 2 bed they get 1 or 2 sections // 3 or 4 bed they get 3 sections. Check through attached doc and design and draw.

Main objectives:
- Develop a minimalist and functional design representing the modern architectural style.
- Incorporate eco-friendly features such as solar panels

We want to keep the roof sheet style // need to change up rest of house design a bit as not to be copyright infringement on these designs but same style only simplified for factory mass productions

We would require renders / on-going support with our customers planning packages

We would like 3 or 4 designs / drawings / 3D renders / interior design also required if possible.

Keep in mind - units need to be strong as to be able to be easily moved to site - need two designs for each - one where house is made in factory and one where made onsite - both using light guage steel frame design.

Need to meet Irish building regulations and minimum U-Vales / Irish building regulations compliance cert required

Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural design and planning
- A strong portfolio of modern architectural projects
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly designs
- Ability to work from an existing design and make creative modifications as required
