Modern Minimalist Interior Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to transform several spaces and need a designer who can bring a clean, modern-minimalist vision to life while keeping every square metre practical and inviting.
Scope
• Residential: my living room, primary bedroom, and kitchen all need fresh layouts, furniture plans, finishes, and lighting schemes that feel cohesive yet tailored to the function of each room.
• Commercial: I also have a customer-facing area that must echo the same aesthetic—sleek lines, muted palette, smart storage, and clear circulation—so clients experience the brand as soon as they step in.
Style Direction
Think modern minimalism: uncluttered surfaces, thoughtful textures, and a restrained colour story that still feels warm. I lean toward subtle contrasts, integrated lighting, and furniture with simple silhouettes.
What I’d like to receive
– Concept mood boards that set the tone and materials
– Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts (AutoCAD or similar)
– 3D visualisations/renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or your preferred tool)
– A concise specification sheet listing finishes, fixtures, and key furniture pieces
– Lighting plan showing fixture types and placement
– A brief styling guide for final touches so I can maintain the look long-term
I will supply photos, rough dimensions, and brand guidelines for the commercial space. Please include examples of past minimalist or modern work, your typical turnaround time, and any software you plan to use. I’m happy to collaborate fully online, but clear milestones for concept, draft, and final delivery are essential so we stay on schedule.
Looking forward to seeing how you can make these spaces functional, memorable, and unmistakably modern.
