I require a comprehensive architectural service, aimed at creating a modern middle school environment, all within a one month deadline. These services should include:
1. Architectural Plan: The provider should design a functional, updated layout for the school. The plan should cater to middle school students, considering their specific needs and requirements to foster a conducive learning environment.
2. Column Beam Plans: The plan should also sufficiently account for structural integrity. Detailed structural column and beam plans are necessary to ensure the stability and longevity of the infrastructure.
3. Electrical and Fire Diagram: To guarantee a safe and operational environment for the students, a detailed and up-to-date electrical diagram is a must and fire equipment for fire safety.
4. Plumbing Layout: A clean water supply and sanitary sewerage system are key in maintaining healthy conditions for students and educators. Thus, a well-thought-out plumbing layout is an essential part of the project.
5. 3D Render: As part of the deliverables, I'm expecting professionally designed 3D renderings of the school's front view and reception area to visualize the final product.
