I need a full-scale design package for a 2 500 m² modern luxury rest house. The scope starts with a cohesive master plan and carries through to detailed architectural drawings and a photorealistic 3D walkthrough that conveys the final experience.
Project vision
The aesthetic is firmly Modern—clean volumes, generous glazing, seamless indoor-outdoor flow and a restrained, upscale material palette. Internally the layout must balance three core zones: everyday living & private bedrooms, dedicated entertainment/leisure spaces and a signature outdoor realm.
Key exterior features
• A sculptural swimming pool that anchors the garden
• Lush, layered landscaping that offers privacy while framing key vistas
• Multiple outdoor seating pockets for dining, lounging and sunset views
Deliverables
1. Concept package: site analysis, mood boards and massing options
2. Master plan and architectural set: floor plans, elevations, sections and roof plan in DWG & PDF
3. High-resolution still renders of all main spaces (interior and exterior)
4. Animated 3D walkthrough (≈ 2–3 min, MP4) illustrating arrival, interior flow and garden experience
5. Final material & fixture schedule plus basic lighting layout
Preferred toolchain: AutoCAD or Revit for drawings, SketchUp / 3ds Max with V-Ray or Lumion for visuals—open to equivalent software as long as output quality matches the brief.
Acceptance criteria
• Functionality: circulation, zoning and room sizes match the agreed master plan
• Visuals: renders faithfully reflect specified materials, lighting and landscaping
• Walkthrough: smooth navigation, no placeholder textures, final resolution 1080p minimum
