Modern Lobby, Kitchen, Bedroom Design

I’m updating three areas of my property—a lobby, an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom—and I want them to share a cohesive modern aesthetic. I have measurements, photographs and a few inspirational images ready, but I’m looking for a creative partner who can translate those into a polished, contemporary concept.

Here’s how I see the collaboration working:

• Deliverables
– Mood / concept board for each space to lock in colour palette, materials and overall vibe
– Scaled floor plans with furniture layout and traffic flow
– High-quality 3D renders (minimum two angles per room; daytime lighting for the lobby and kitchen, ambient night scene for the bedroom)
– Basic material and furniture specification list so I can price out sourcing locally

• Workflow
After I share the existing drawings and photos, we’ll go through one round of concept refinement, then move on to detailed drawings and final renders. I’m flexible on the schedule, so you can pace the deliverables sensibly as long as we agree on checkpoints.

• What I need from you
When you reply, please include links or attachments that showcase past interior projects—preferably modern spaces. A short note on your preferred software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) and how you handle revisions will also help me understand your process.

There’s no rush on completion, but I do value clear communication and thoughtful design decisions. If your portfolio aligns with the style I’m after, I’d love to discuss the project in more detail and set up the first milestone.
