I’m ready to refresh the living room in my home and I want a clean, modern aesthetic that feels inviting yet uncluttered. The scope focuses solely on this one space—no kitchen, bedroom or other areas—so you can concentrate all creative energy where it counts.

Please help me translate my vision into:
• A cohesive concept board that captures colour palette, materials, textures and key inspiration images
• A scaled furniture & layout plan that optimises flow and makes the room feel open
• 3-D visualisations or photorealistic renders to let me preview the final look before committing
• A concise shopping list specifying furniture, lighting, art and décor (with links or product codes)

Nothing fancy is required beyond standard interior-design tools; SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit or comparable software works for me as long as I end up with native files plus hi-res PDFs/JPEGs.
