I’m ready to give my residential living room and bedroom a fresh, modern look and need a creative interior designer who can take the project from concept to clear, actionable plans. The goal is a cohesive style across both spaces—clean lines, contemporary finishes, and smart use of light and texture that feels inviting, not sterile.

• Initial concept boards that capture the modern aesthetic I’m after
• Scaled furniture layouts for each room with clear traffic flow
• 3D visualisations or high-quality renderings so I can “walk through” the design before purchasing anything
• A detailed shopping list specifying furniture, lighting, and accessories available locally or online—including alternatives if items go out of stock
• Basic colour palette and material specifications (paint, flooring, fabrics, finishes)
• Two rounds of revisions after the first presentation so we can fine-tune details together

I will provide current room measurements, photos, and a list of existing pieces worth keeping as soon as we start. If you work in tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar, let me know; I’m comfortable reviewing files in those formats.
