I'm seeking a professional architect or designer to create a commercial building layout for a modern-style Kava bar located in Fort Worth, Texas.
Key Requirements:
- Cozy inviting space
- Plan should incorporate a spacious bar area and a comfortable seating area.
- Include features such as counter seating and under-bar storage in the bar area.
- Restrooms are not required within the scope of this project.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial building design, preferably for bar or lounge spaces.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles.
- Ability to create practical, functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Excellent communication skills for understanding and incorporating client requirements.
- Will get building schematics in a couple weeks once we lease a space.
