Modern Interior Design for Home

I’m giving my home a fresh, contemporary look and need a designer who can translate a modern aesthetic into two key areas: the living room and the bedroom. Think clean lines, smart storage solutions and a calm, neutral palette that feels sophisticated rather than stark.

You’ll help me move from concept to clear, actionable plans. Mood boards that capture materials, textures and lighting ideas will set the stage; 3-D visualisations will allow me to see the flow before anything is purchased. I’d also like guidance on furniture selection, placement, and subtle accent pieces so the spaces feel connected yet not identical.

Deliverables I’ll be looking for:
• Mood/idea board for each room
• 3-D renderings and floor plan layouts
• Shopping list with furniture, fixtures and finishes (including links and specs)
• Basic styling tips to keep the neutral tones feeling warm and inviting

Accuracy to measurements and a realistic approach to budget-friendly sourcing will serve as acceptance criteria. If you regularly design in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools and have a portfolio showing modern interiors in neutral palettes, we should be a perfect fit.
