Modern Interior Design & Renderings

Job ID: 39799946

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m ready to elevate my two-story, 3-bedroom, 2 ½-bath home with a cohesive furniture plan and photo-realistic renderings. You’ll receive the existing floor plans (PDF/DWG) and, from there, craft a modern “Restoration Hardware” look—clean lines, oversized yet edited pieces, and a calm, layered mix of textures. A neutral palette is non-negotiable; think warm taupes, soft greys, and natural oak rather than anything bold or Scandinavian-bright.

The focus spaces are the first-floor great room and kitchen, plus every bedroom, each bath, and the powder room downstairs. I’d like each of these zones planned so that flow, scale, and storage feel effortless. High-quality 3D visuals will help me sign off on every selection before a single piece is purchased.

Deliverables
• Scaled furniture layout for each prioritized space, annotated for circulation and key dimensions
• At least two high-resolution renderings per room (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or comparable) showing daytime lighting and one evening mood shot for the great room
• A concise specification sheet listing every proposed furniture, lighting, and accessory item with sourcing links or vendor references

Use whichever design software you prefer—just ensure the files hand back in a format my GC and cabinetmaker can read (DWG or SKP is fine). My acceptance criteria are simple: the plan must fit the given floor plate without modifications to walls, all proposed items must be commercially available in North America, and every render should clearly reflect the neutral RH aesthetic.

Share a brief portfolio sample of similar residential work and let me know your estimated turnaround once you have the floor plans in hand. Looking forward to seeing this vision come to life.
