I'm seeking an architect or designer to create a 2D elevation plan for a 4-floor building with two duplex units. The design must reflect a modern architectural style, emphasizing the look of an independent house rather than an apartment.

Key Design Elements:
- The use of brownish-red exposed bricks is mandatory, complemented by shades of grey concrete, black and brown for a cohesive aesthetic.
- The design should incorporate large windows and verandas to emphasize the independent house look, but with a modern twist.
- Facade details and balconies should be highlighted in the design.

Please note, a reference 2D plan of the building will be provided to guide the elevation layout. I am open to alternative color suggestions, as long as they enhance the overall design. The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
