Modern 30x50 House Elevation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a 30 ft × 50 ft residential plot and I’m ready to firm-up a double-story modern design. What I need from you is a complete 3D elevation package that can go straight to my local contractor here in India, plus the accompanying floor plans that show how every square foot will be used.
Scope
– Exterior: a striking modern façade rendered in 3D from multiple angles (day and night views).
– Interior layout: ground and first-floor plans covering a functional living room, open kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and well-placed bathrooms. Circulation, natural light, and ventilation patterns should be clear.
– Working drawings: basic column grid, wall thicknesses, door-window schedules, and a general notes sheet that aligns with standard Indian building practices.
– File formats: editable CAD (DWG) for the plans, high-resolution JPEG/PNG for the visual renders, and a short walkthrough video if you already include it in your workflow.
Acceptance
• Plot fit: overall footprint must respect the 30 × 50 limits with realistic setbacks.
• Floor-to-floor height, staircase placement, and service shafts should comply with typical municipal norms.
• Renders should reflect proposed materials and colour palette accurately enough for cost estimation.
