Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to move from ideas to visuals for a 3,400 sq ft, four-bed, four-bath residence in Napa and I need a full concept package that feels unmistakably modern. The link below shows the lot, current photos, and existing openings. Keep those windows and doors where they sit unless a clear design gain justifies shifting them.

Core layout wishes
• Open-concept living / kitchen on the left as we walk in, with an offset Butler’s kitchen directly behind the main kitchen.
• Downstairs master suite on the right that flows into a private office and a compact gym, then connects straight into the Butler’s kitchen. Give this suite private outdoor access.
• Second master upstairs plus two additional bedrooms and the remaining baths.
• Four full baths total.
Butler’s kitchen must accommodate extra refrigerator & freezer units, a second sink and dishwasher, and generous prep/storage counters.
Deliverables
1. Scaled floor plans for both levels (PDF and source file—Revit, AutoCAD or SketchUp acceptable).
2. At least two high-resolution exterior renderings that capture the modern aesthetic.
3. Interior renders for the open living/kitchen zone, the Butler’s kitchen, and both master suites.
4. A simple walkthrough video or exported 360 views is a plus but not essential.
Space planning finesse, natural light strategies, and realistic material palettes will be the deciding factors. I’ll provide quick feedback at each milestone so we can lock the concept before you finalize the visuals.
