I’m planning a full, modern refresh for my residential property—every room and the outdoor areas included—and I want a single architectural vision that flows seamlessly from the living room and kitchen right through to the façade, landscaping, and backyard features.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A space-planning concept backed by accurate 2D drawings in AutoCAD or Revit
• Photorealistic 3D renders and, ideally, a short walk-through animation produced in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or comparable software
• A curated specification of materials, lighting, furniture, and exterior finishes that fit the modern aesthetic and are readily sourceable
• Construction-ready documents showing dimensions, electrical and lighting layouts, and any relevant landscaping details
Deliverables are complete once the plans and renders match site measurements, capture the agreed modern style, and have gone through at least two revision rounds. Attach examples of past residential projects in a similar style and outline your workflow so we can move forward quickly.
