Modern Home Interior Design Refresh

I’m ready to give my residential space a fresh, modern look and I need a creative designer who can guide the entire process from concept to final specifications. The project covers my living room, main bedroom, and both bathrooms, tying them together with a cohesive contemporary aesthetic.

You’ll start by translating my ideas into mood boards and a clear colour palette, then move on to space planning, furniture and décor selection, and lighting suggestions that maximise both function and style. High-quality 3D visuals or photorealistic renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or comparable tools) will let me see how everything works before anything is purchased. Final deliverables should include:

• Concept boards with colours, materials, and inspiration
• Scaled floor plans and elevations (AutoCAD or similar)
• 3D renders for each room, bathroom included
• A consolidated specification sheet listing furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting with sourcing links or product codes

I’ll provide existing measurements, photos, and any practical constraints as soon as we start. Accuracy in dimensions and realistic material representation are key acceptance criteria; I want to be able to hand your package directly to contractors without extra clarification.
