Modern Home Interior Design

I already have the full architectural floor plan of my house and now need a complete interior concept for three key spaces—living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The aesthetic I’m after is unmistakably modern: clean lines, smart storage solutions, and a calm palette built around neutral tones. I want each room to feel cohesive yet still serve its own function comfortably.

What I’ll hand over:
• PDF / DWG copies of the existing floor plan, measurements, and photos of current finishes.

What I’m looking to receive:
• Scaled 2D furniture-layout drawings that fit the current floor plan without structural changes.
• High-quality 3D renders or realistic visualizations showing materials, lighting, and décor for every angle.
• A concise materials & furniture specification sheet (brand, model, color, and quantities) that can be sourced locally or online.
• Basic lighting plan highlighting fixtures that match the modern style and complement neutral color schemes.

Preferred tools include SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar—use whatever produces clear drawings and photo-real renders. All files should be editable so I can share them with contractors later.

Once I approve the concept for one room you can roll the same language across the remaining two spaces; this phased sign-off keeps us on track and avoids rework.
