• Photo-realistic 3D renders of the living room, kitchen, and at least one angle for each remaining room so I can confidently visualise the outcome.
• Detailed specifications: an itemised list of finishes, fixtures, lighting, furniture, and décor pieces with sizing notes so my contractor can source or substitute locally.
• Revision round: one full set of tweaks after I review the initial proposal to ensure the design matches my taste.
