Here’s what I need from you:
• Concept development, including mood boards that clearly capture colour palettes, materials, and key furnishings.
• Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts that make the most of each room’s proportions.
• Lighting and décor suggestions that layer ambient, task, and accent fixtures for practical use and atmosphere.
• 3D visualisations or high-quality renders so I can see how everything fits together before moving to implementation.
• A concise sourcing list (retail or trade) with approximate pricing so I can plan purchases in stages.

I’m comfortable collaborating virtually—video calls, screen shares, or shared boards (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or even Canva and Pinterest) all work for me—so location isn’t an issue as long as communication is clear and timely. Once we agree on the direction, I’d like phased hand-offs of the files so I can begin ordering fixtures and furniture while we refine the details.
