I’m refreshing my living room, bedroom, and kitchen and want them to flow together in a clean, modern style built around neutral tones (think whites, greys, warm woods, and subtle accents). Your role is to translate that vision into a fully-fledged design package that I can execute with confidence.
What I’m after
• Space-planning layouts that maximise function and natural traffic flow
• Mood boards that lock in furniture, finishes, fixtures, and décor consistent with a modern aesthetic
• Photorealistic 3D renders (or high-quality SketchUp/3ds Max visuals) so I can see the end result before committing
• A concise shopping/spec list with product names, quantities, and links or vendor references available in my region
• Basic working drawings or annotated floor plans for contractors (AutoCAD, Revit, or PDF)
I already have accurate room dimensions; I’ll share photos, videos, and inspiration images as soon as we start. Please tell me which software you prefer, your typical turnaround time for the first concept, and include one or two examples of neutral-toned modern spaces you’ve designed.
