Transform my living room, bedroom and kitchen into a cohesive modern environment where clean lines, neutral palettes and smart storage solutions guide every choice. I’ll share photos, measurements and notes about how I currently use each room; in return I expect a full concept that ties the three spaces together without feeling repetitive.

Please shape the design journey from mood-board through to purchase-ready specifications. I rely on AutoCAD or SketchUp files for floor plans, and I prefer realistic 3-D renders (Lumion, V-Ray or similar) so I can visualise the end result before committing.

Deliverables
• Room-by-room mood board and colour palette

• Scaled floor plans with furniture layout

• At least three high-resolution renders per room (daylight & night)

• Itemised shopping list with sources, finishes and pricing placeholders

• One revision round after initial presentation

Acceptance will be based on the renders matching the plans, dimensions aligning with my measurements, and the shopping list covering every specified element.
