Modern Home Facade Design Needed
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
My front elevation is a clean canvas—24.5 ft wide and roughly 35 ft high—and I’d like a fresh, modern facade that lifts the overall curb appeal. Aesthetic improvement is the only goal; there are no structural issues to fix and no energy-performance targets to chase.
The look I have in mind feels contemporary: crisp lines, balanced masses, and an intentional mix of glass, concrete, and metal. I’m open to creative play within that palette, whether that means floor-to-ceiling glazing accents, concrete feature panels, or a subtle metal trim that ties everything together. The key is harmony—the materials should read as one cohesive composition rather than separate elements stitched together.
Site details you’ll need:
• Front face only (side and rear walls stay as-is)
• Clear height: approx. 35 ft from plinth to terrace parapet
• Clear width: 24.5 ft between property lines
Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. Two or three concept schemes (colored façade elevations or quick 3D massing views) so I can choose a direction.
2. A refined set of drawings/renderings of the selected option: at least one daylight and one evening view demonstrating material textures and lighting strategy.
3. Material legend with basic specifications—glass type/thickness, concrete finish, metal profile or cladding details—enough for my local contractor and fabricator to quote confidently.
4. Scaled elevation (PDF/DWG) with dimensions, floor levels, and fixing details where relevant.
I use SketchUp and AutoCAD for coordination, so native files in either of those formats, or Revit if that’s your workflow, will integrate smoothly on my end.
Once I approve the final design package, the project is complete; any minor tweaks for contractor questions can be handled as a quick follow-up. If you need photos, existing CAD plans, or site measurements beyond what’s given, let me know and I’ll supply them right away.
