Modern 2D Home Elevation Design

I'm seeking a freethinker with a good eye for modern architecture to create a 2D Elevation design for a home. The ideal candidate should have experience in modern design style and proficiency in relevant design software.

Features:

- The exterior design should mainly be stucco.
- A color palette composed of neutral tones should be applied, emphasizing simplicity and sophistication.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proficiency in 2D exterior design
- Experienced with modern architectural style
- Knowledgeable in selection and application of stucco
- An understanding of color theory with an emphasis on neutral tones.

Attaching couple images of front elevation examples that I like. The roof line will be a mixture of traditional and slop/flat roof. Hallway 1, 2, 3 areas will have a slope/flat roof line that sends rainwater away from the courtyard. I can provide more information once we agree to work together.
