Modern Home Design with Walkout Basement

I need a skilled architect to design a modern home for me in Jamesville, NY. The house should include a walkout basement designed as an entertainment area, but left unfinished otherwise. The final design will need to include a standard electrical setup, with no special requirements for energy efficiency or smart home integration. A PE stamp on the final drawings, which must be approved by the Town of Onondaga, will be required. 3 bedroom with a breezeway possibly to have an office. I would like to keep it at 2100 sqf
