Modern Gaming Lounge Interior Design

I’m opening a small gaming lounge and need the interiors planned around a clean, modern aesthetic style. The job covers the entire lounge—gaming stations, social corners, snack bar, and any tucked-away VR areas—so the concept must stay cohesive from entrance to exit.

Key creative cues
• Overall style: modern, with crisp lines, muted base colours, and a few statement textures or graphics.
• Lighting focus: accent lighting that highlights feature walls and hardware without casting glare on screens. RGB strips and halo effects are welcome when they complement the design rather than dominate it.

Deliverables I’ll require
• Mood board setting palette, textures, furniture inspiration
• Scaled floor plan with furniture, power, and network points marked
• 3D renders of at least three viewpoints for stakeholder sign-off
• Detailed lighting plan listing fixture types, color temperature, and control specs
• Itemized sourcing list (locally available or online) with rough lead times

File formats that work best for me are SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit, but I’m open to other industry-standard tools as long as edits are straightforward. Please indicate how many revision rounds you include and share examples of previous lounge, bar, or esports spaces so I can gauge fit.

Once the concept, layout, and lighting plan are approved, I’ll move straight into procurement and build-out—so practical, well-documented drawings are essential.
