I’m contractor residence and need a skilled interior designer to translate a clean, modern aesthetic across every room—living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, even the transitional spaces. I have a blank slate and clear measurements; what I’m missing is a cohesive concept, polished layouts, and detailed finish selections that feel contemporary yet warm.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Concept development and mood boards that set the modern tone
• Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts for each room
• 3D visualisations or realistic renders so I can see the scheme before committing
• A curated list of furnishings, lighting, materials, and décor—with sources that ship to my location
• Colour palette, finish schedules, and guidance on installation to keep contractors on track

Everything should tie together visually while respecting the flow of a residential space. I’m open to refined suggestions, but the core style must stay modern.
