Modern Florida House with ICF Construction
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need a skilled architect experienced with ICF construction to design a Florida modern house of 2500 to 3000 sq ft. I'm not looking for detailed engineering, but the designs should be ready to hand over to an engineer. Here's what I'm looking for:
Design Features:
- Open floor plan
- Energy efficient design
- Outdoor living space
- A walkable roof made of concrete with a coating
Budget:
- My budget for this construction is within the range of $500,000 - $1,000,000.
Interior Features:
- Design should be based on use as a short-term rental
- Each bedroom should have its own bathroom.
You should be able to provide portfolio examples of similar works and possess strong knowledge of modern styles and energy efficient designs. A keen eye for lifestyle-friendly design — considering the property will be used for short-term rental — is also required. If you have prior experience with designing rental properties, it is an added advantage.
This property will have to have its primary floor on the second floor as this is a flood zone area I plan on doing an illegal build out on the first floor after it's c.o. ed. We'll need a exterior or interior elevator to go up to the roof as well
