Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m giving my 1-BHK a complete makeover and need a designer who can turn three compact spaces into a cohesive, modern home. Room sizes are set—hall 10 × 16 ft, kitchen 7 × 9 ft, and bedroom 9 × 12 ft—and the look I’m after is clean modern in a beige-and-brown palette, combining wood, marble and metal accents.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Dimensioned layout drawings for all three rooms
• A room-by-room finishes and fixtures schedule (brands or equivalents)
• Consolidated material + labour cost estimate tied to those finishes
• Photorealistic 3-D renders—at least two key views per space
• Overall timeline and whether you prefer a flat fee or hourly billing (with estimated hours)
To help me choose, please include a sample pack from a similarly sized flat—plan set, renders, and finishes list—and a brief outline of your milestone breakdown (concept, design development, final docs, etc.). Also note any charge for a site visit to my place in Kalyan, near the railway station.
I’ll supply existing measurements and photos as soon as we start, and I’m happy to receive deliverables in PDF plus an editable CAD or SketchUp file. Looking forward to seeing how you would shape these rooms into a warm, modern living space.
