I'm seeking an experienced architect who specializes in modern design to create a double-story home plan for me. The design should:
- Emphasize a modern architectural style. Your portfolio of modern home designs will significantly increase your chances of winning this project.
- Include two floors. I have a preference for a clear distinction between public and private spaces.
- Feature an open concept. The living room, kitchen and dining room, Car parking should flow into each other, creating light-filled, multifunctional, spacious areas.
