Modern 140m² Apartment & Furniture Redesign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have just taken possession of a 140 m² apartment in Zahraa almadi , Cairo—three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a double-piece reception—and I’m ready to give it a complete modern makeover. I need an interior architect who can meet in person here in Cairo for site visits and design reviews while also delivering professional digital work.
Scope
• Produce a full 2D layout that rethinks circulation, storage and zoning.
• Translate the approved plan into photorealistic 3D renders that capture lighting, materials and colour schemes.
• Develop a cohesive modular furniture package for every space, specifying dimensions, finishes and hardware so fabrication is straightforward.
Priority spaces
Living room, bedrooms, kitchen and both bathrooms come first, but the reception area will ultimately follow the same design language to keep the apartment seamless.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least two alternative layout concepts delivered in PDF/DWG.
2. Final 3D renders for each priority room, high resolution, ready for print and online sharing.
3. Detailed modular furniture drawings (cabinetry, wardrobes, TV unit, kitchen modules) with metric measurements and material call-outs.
4. One onsite meeting at the start, one midway, and a final walkthrough to verify design intent.
Preferred tools are AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar; as long as exchange files are compatible, I’m flexible.
